Users creating and testing their campaigns commonly message our support team saying that their campaign is no longer working and that they saw the campaign once and then never again.

This is an expected behaviour and is due to the fact that Wishloop records - using cookies - the actions of each unique visitor. If a visitor 'converts' (for example by completing an email opt-in form) then Wishloop will NOT SHOW the campaign to that same visitor again.

This is to avoid annoying repeat visitors and conversions.

If you want to see your campaign to continue testing it, please EITHER:

Go into 'Incognito' mode in Google Chrome
View your campaign from a different device
Clear your browser cookies / cache
